Today's tutorial will show you how to make a Libra shaker wand, inspired by the Libra Princess Star Color Pen :) Sorry for the wait, my Libra viewers! Since the Libra shaker's main motif is a golden moon, I wanted to create a warm, dreamy nighttime image with stars sprinkled throughout!
